Immerse your senses with this Sunday morning sound bath that will take you on a journey through the elements. This session will lead you through the elements of fire earth air and water whilst basking in the heat of the 20 person sauna before cooling off in the copper ice tubs. Expect contrast therapy sound healing aromatherapy and guided meditation a real treat for the senses.This ritual is the perfect way to celebrate the autumn equinox and reset your energy for the new moon in Virgo.

Contrast therapy is a great way to boost your immune system and metabolic function detoxify the body of toxins and impurities and reduce stress and fatigue. When you combine this with sound healing the benefits are amplified boosting mental physical and energetic health. Expect an improvement in sleep a reduction in stress anxiety and body aches and pains.

A pound coin or token to use for the lockers
Swimwear
A water bottle
Two towels: one for the sauna and one for drying off after (towels can be rented from reception for £5.00 each).
A bag for wet belongings
Optional: bathrobe
