Sauna Social: We Run on EOS

Gather with us around the fire, by the pool, or in the heat of the sauna on Wednesday, January 22, to explore intersections in business and life in our renewed series: Sauna Social: We Run on EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System).
Our featured fireside chat leader, Mary Maus Kosir will open the evening by sharing how leveraging practical tools and processes from EOS helped them breakthrough and find their flow. Each attendee is welcome to share their intention or bring a question where they could use support or find clarity. Throughout the afternoon, move from inspired business conversations to story-based sharing 1:1 or in smaller groups as you flow from the sauna benches and heat to the outdoor rooftop hot tub and cold-water bucket dose, while enjoying elevated non-alcoholic beverages and nourishing eats - all included in the ticket price.
Mary is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive leader with over 25 years of experience across various sectors. As the founder of a successful company, which she grew and sold, and the current Executive Director of Concordia Language Villages, Mary is passionate about innovation, leadership, and empowering women to take bold steps in their careers. She specializes in strategic growth, team development, and navigating organizational change. A strong advocate for female entrepreneurship, Mary is committed to helping women unlock their potential and thrive in both business and life.
