Sauna, Salads, and Sound

Welcome to the Sauna, Salads, and Sound Event!

Join us in Redford at a private residence near [Placeholder Location] // Western Golf & Country Club for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation. This unique event is hosted by SISU Mobile and Wellness Warrior Collective.

We will begin with a Self-Love Sound Bath, connect with each other, and indulge in the soothing heat of our saunas in rotation. Afterwards, we will prepare healthy salads to take home, while also making one to enjoy with our community.

• Time: Sauna opens at 5:30. Event begins at 6:30 PM
• Location: Near Western Golf & Country Club, Redford

Cost of Entry:

• Ticket price plus 2-4 assigned salad ingredients.
