Sauna Cleveland is popping up in Little Italy for a night of rest, recovery, and revelry, in partnership with Murray Hill Galleries.

Clock off work, hit up one of Murray Hill's many yoga studios, grab a bite or a drink on Mayfield, and add a wood-burning sauna to make it a special night.

Your $40 ticket guarantees a full hour with the sauna and cold plunge. Our cedar barrel sauna seats 4 to 6 and is heated the traditional way, with a wood fire, so expect real heat and the smell of a cedar. Cold plunge is included.

How to sauna:
Spend 15-20 minutes in the sauna (it runs 140-190 degrees), then soak or splash in the cold plunge (a brisk 55 degrees). Wrap up in a cozy robe and chill in a chair while your body resets. Repeat as many times as you like during your hour.

What to bring:
A towel, water, robe and something you're comfortable wearing in both the sauna and the cold plunge. Extra towels ans water are available for a charge.
