Sauna/Ice Challenge

We will actually have 2 different time slots available of about 6 people each. Eventbrite didn't allow us to create two time slots, so we will offer 10am & 11am. If you want a ticket and want to avoid fees, please call the office at 813-435-3060.

Within each hours, we will do 3 rounds of sauna/ice, which is what the pros recommend weekly. Many people have started and quit, thinking they could not complete a cycle; however, through the community support and encouragement provided, not one person has been unable to successfully complete! In addition to challenging our minds and bodies to tolerate extremes, we also exercise vulnerability and foster a sense of community and connection. It's a beautiful experience!
