Sauna Ceremony with Molly & Sam

Welcome to the Sauna Ceremony with Molly & Sam at The Zen Den Yoga and Well-being!

Sam & Molly are a husband and wife duo, offering Sauna Ceremonies, including breathwork, sound, & elements of nature. This event is a 2 hour sensory experience in the sauna, using foraged body scrubs, traditional leaf whisks, and therapeutic oils.

Begin with breathwork to relax and open the respiratory system, incorporating sound and scents. Then, immerse yourself in the contrast of heat & cold with multiple rounds in and out of the sauna, bringing in nature with the whisks to direct the steam and release muscle tension.

Sauna whisks are used by tapping and brushing the skin to increase circulation and enrich the skin with the natural oils and vitamins released from the leaves of the whisks. These invigorating sauna ceremonies allow you to come into your body with confidence, let go of mental stress, and just simply be.
