Join us for a wonderful evening of waking up our senses, stimulating them, reconnecting with our body and soul...

This offering consists of 2hrs sauna magic exploring different ways of reconnecting with our body.

We will be starting with a short meditation before diving in the deep, healing heat of the sauna....we cool down in the sea and then explore the magic of whisking (small oak tree branches are being used here) in our sauna....think scrubs, fresh fruits, herbal essences on the rocks, honey and ice cubes on your skin and warming tea to rehydrate.
