Join us for a hands on Kraut making workshop. Each person attending will make and take home their own jar.. we will discuss tips and techniques that will help you ensure a successful fermentation.
Did you know home fermented Sauerkraut is full of gut loving probiotics, high in vitamin C and varies other nutrients? Its a high quality living food!!
There will be several finished Krauts to sample during the class.
Everything you will need is provided, but feel free to bring your own kitchen knife for chopping.
We will set up under the Chestnut trees to ensure plenty of space with lots of fresh air.
*Orchard tour included too
Cost: $45 per person or $80 for couples/pairs
