What to Expect
The evening will combine networking, a moderated conversation, and an interactive exchange.
Networking
Meet and connect with students, faculty, people analytics professionals, people analytics practitioners, and others interested in work and the workforce.
Moderated Conversation
A moderated discussion will bring together perspectives from industry and academia around questions and challenges affecting today's workforce. We'll use the conversation to surface ideas and questions for the broader room to explore.
Interactive Exchange
We'll then move into small-group conversations intentionally mixing perspectives from across the room. Attendees will have an opportunity to discuss questions raised during the moderated conversation, share their own experiences and ideas, and learn from people approaching workforce challenges from different vantage points.
We'll close by bringing some of those perspectives back to the larger group before leaving additional time to connect and network.
Who Should Attend
This event is open to anyone interested in people, work, organizations, and the workforce, including:
- People analytics professionals
- HR professionals and HR leaders
- Faculty and researchers
- Undergraduate and graduate students
- Others interested in connecting workforce practice, education, and research
You do not need to work specifically in people analytics to attend. Curiosity and a willingness to contribute to the conversation are enough.
