The new year is here, and after seeing the amazing interest in autocross, I thought it would be exciting to kick things up a notch with a special challenge! Mark your calendars for March 8, 2025, because this date coincides with the March Cars and Coffee event.
To all the true enthusiasts out there—the ones who prioritize speed and performance over how low and slow a car can go—this challenge is for you. I’m inviting you to race me and the clock to determine who truly has the fastest EcoBoost on the track that day.
Here’s the Plan:
Start the Day Right: We'll kick things off with a pre-meet cruise to Cars and Coffee.
Hit the Track: From there, we’ll cruise together to the autocross event and put our skills to the test.
End on a High Note: Wrap up the day with some grilled burgers, fries, and camaraderie.
To make the day even more special, I’ll be creating a custom sticker for this event. Whether you’re coming to race or just to enjoy the experience, I’d love to see you there.
Side Notes to Consider:
Car Preparation:
Ensure your car is in good health.
Consider doing an oil change and checking your tires and brakes beforehand.
Event Details:
Entry fee is $55 for non-members and $50 for members.

Track Etiquette:
Part of the experience involves helping with the track during heats when you're not driving, so be prepared to pitch in.
Bring sunscreen—this will be an outdoor event, and staying protected is important.
Mindset:
Don’t stress about your mods, tunes, or setup. Just show up, have fun, and enjoy the day!
What to Bring:
Chairs for when you’re off the track.
Make sure all subs and loose items in your car are bolted down or removed for safety.
