Micky Slicks is a DJ and turntablist pushing the boundaries of club music as a member of the NO VISA collective. Born in Saigon and based in Raleigh, NC, Micky fuses global club sounds with the precision and creativity of turntablism, building sets that are high-energy, technically sharp, and deeply in tune with the dancefloor. As a longtime member of the Raleigh Rockers and a former B-boy, Micky’s decade-plus in Hip-Hop, funk, and soul culture informs his distinct approach: raw, rhythmic, and never predictable. His transitions, cuts, and blends enhance rather than overwhelm, striking a rare balance between technical mastery and pure musicality.
