Saturday with Santa is a stress free event where you get a photo of your child or children with Santa, a story with Mrs Claus, and a festive environment with crafts and cocoa! All proceeds benefit St Stephen's Church.

To keep the experience relaxed and enjoyable (and most importantly--free of long lines), families will reserve a specific Santa photo time when registering; this will ensure that only a limited number of families are scheduled during each photo window with Santa, allowing for a seamless experience and no long lines! Before meeting Santa, children will enjoy a special holiday story read by none other than Mrs. Claus. And after your family photo, all are welcome to continue the fun in our Christmas activity hall with a wide variety of crafts, holiday treats, and a 'build your own' hot cocoa bar, with all the seasonal toppings you can imagine.
Space is limited, so advanced registration is required. Start by booking the time you and your family would like to arrive and have your photo with Santa; that will be the first stop and reservation windows are in 20-minute blocks. After your photo window, spend as much time as you'd like exploring the crafts, snacks and hot cocoa bar.

About This Event
We want your family’s visit with Santa to feel festive, organized, and stress-free. To help minimize long lines, families reserve a specific photo time block in advance. This allows us to keep guests moving smoothly through check-in, storytime with Mrs. Claus, photos with Santa, and then into a festive gathering area for crafts, snacks and a unique build-your-own hot cocoa bar.
Photo Sessions
Santa photos are scheduled in 20-minute time blocks, with a limited number of family photo sessions available during each block.
Each family will be photographed together in one session, including all children in the group.
Your digital Santa photo is included with your ticket purchase and will be delivered digitally to you during the event.
Please plan to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled photo block so you have time to check in and enjoy storytime with Mrs. Claus before meeting Santa.

Child Photo with Santa: $24

All proceeds from this event benefit St. Stephen's Church and the price you see at checkout represents what you will spend at the entirety of the event (no add-on costs once you arrive).
Family Price Cap
We are excited to welcome families of all sizes.
The maximum charge per family is $72 (including fees), equal to the cost of three Child Photo with Santa tickets.
If your family has more than three children, additional children are welcome at no additional child-ticket cost. We simply ask that you add a complimentary “+1 Child Photo with Santa” add-on for each additional child so we know how many guests to expect and can prepare appropriately.
Infants 12 months and under are also free, but please add an “Infant Photo with Santa” add-on for each infant attending.
How to Select Your Photo Time and Purchase Tickets
- Choose your preferred photo time block; this should represent the time you would like to start your Saturday with Santa experience.
- Select all paid tickets for your family within the same available session.
This includes Child Photo with Santa tickets. The entire family should be booked in one photo time block. - Make sure your family is booked together.
If a session shows only a small number of tickets remaining and there are not enough tickets available to cover your family, that session has likely already been partially booked. Please select another available session that can cover your full family. - If you reach the $72 family cap, add one complimentary “+1 Child Photo with Santa” add-on for each additional child.
- If you are bringing an infant 12 months or younger, add one complimentary “Infant Photo with Santa” add-on for each infant.
Booking all members of your family within the same session helps us keep your entire group together for your Santa photo.
Storytime with Mrs. Claus
Your Christmas experience begins before you even enter Santa’s photo room.
While families check in, children can gather for a festive holiday story read by none other than Mrs. Claus in the gathering room just outside the Santa photo area.
This setup allows families to check in, enjoy storytime together, and then transition smoothly into their scheduled visit with Santa, without the long lines.
Photo Distribution
Your Santa photos are included with your ticket and will be available digitally during the event.
After your photo session, visit the Photo Distribution Stations will be setup where our volunteers will help send your photos directly to you by email.
Cocoa & Crafts
After your photo with Santa, keep the Christmas fun going.
Families can enjoy:
- A festive cup of hot cocoa from the 'build-your-own' hot cocoa station, which will be filled with unique and fun holiday toppings
- Holiday treats
- Christmas crafts and activities-- fun for kids of all ages
- Time to relax and enjoy the holiday atmosphere together
Because your Santa visit is scheduled in advance, you can spend less time waiting in line and more time enjoying everything the event has to offer after your photo.
