Come and join us for 5 weeks of gentle hatha yoga to relax, flex and stretch. Feel great! Beginners most welcome. We are a lovely welcoming group in a great venue. I provide yoga mats, blankets, and yoga equipment. If you have your own yoga mat, you are welcome to bring it . Places are limited, as I like to keep the group numbers limited so I can teach you as an individual.

Saturday Yoga is where it all started for me, it was my go to for coming back to myself, and de-stressing after a week in a busy office job. It wet my appetite and the rest is history..My students have been requesting this for a long time.. so I have decided to trial Saturdays through January and February to support your winter wellness.
The yoga will be suitable for all levels and adapted to your body.
