Come and join us on this wonderful afternoon of rest and relaxation. I will be holding a special yoga and gong bath event that will include 45 minutes of yoga and 45 minutes of the gongs.
Yoga 1.00pm - 1.45pm
Gong Deep Relaxation 1.45pm - 2.30pm
Tea and Mince Pie - 2.30-3.00pm (please do let me know if you have specific dietary requirements)
What the event entails.
* Gentle Yoga to relax your entire body.
* Sound helps you to relax, completely!
* Allow the world to melt away as you surround yourself with the healing vibrations of the Gongs and Singing Bowls.
* Enjoy a long lasting relaxation that will stay with you throughout the day and beyond.
* Please bring a blanket, a pillow and something warm to lie on.
Booking is essential as these sessions fill up very quickly!
