2024 Lady of the Sunshine Stolpman Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc $39.94

Gina Giugni, a second-generation biodynamic farmer, founded Lady of the Sunshine in 2017 as both a personal winemaking project and an invitation to farm more thoughtfully and drink more intentionally. Her wines reflect a deep commitment to regenerative agriculture, minimal intervention, and site expression. This Sauvignon Blanc comes from Stolpman Vineyard in Ballard Canyon, where the vines are planted at high density on their own roots in limestone-rich soils. The vineyard is certified Demeter biodynamic. The juice is fermented and aged on its lees for eight months in old French oak barrels. Every label features hand-stitched embroidery inspired by an original 1950s pattern. Only 360 cases were produced.

2024 Stolpman Vineyards Uni $24.94

Like Santa Barbara’s prized sea urchin harvested from the nearby Channel Islands, Uni balances richness with precision. Stolpman originally created the wine in 2016 as an exclusive bottling for the Uchi Sushi Group in Austin, Texas. Demand quickly grew following national attention and the release of the documentary Delicacy. The wine centers on late-harvested Roussanne, whose long hang time develops intense concentration and texture. To balance the variety’s naturally lower acidity, Stolpman blends in Chardonnay, which contributes freshness, structure, and lift. The result is a distinctive white wine that combines generosity with vibrant energy.

2024 Presqu'ile Pinot Noir $27.94

Presqu'ile is a family-owned winery located in Santa Barbara County. Since 2015, the estate has worked with consulting winemaker Jeremy Seysses of Domaine Dujac in Burgundy, whose influence has helped shape a style focused on elegance, restraint, and transparency. Located just six miles from the Pacific Ocean, the winery benefits from Santa Barbara’s unique east-west mountain orientation, which channels cool ocean breezes deep into the vineyards. The winery embraces sustainable farming and minimal-intervention winemaking, including the use of native yeasts. This Pinot Noir comes from sandy soils and is aged for 11 months in French oak, 10% new and 90% neutral, before spending an additional six months in stainless steel.

2024 Habit Cabernet Franc $30.94

Habit is a Santa Barbara project founded by Jeff Fischer. While standing in a vineyard in Happy Canyon in 2007, Fischer discovered the site that would eventually inspire the winery, which formally launched in 2017. The warm days and cool Pacific influences of Happy Canyon create ideal conditions for Bordeaux varieties. The vineyards are managed by the Coastal Vineyard Care Association, which promotes sustainable, organic, and biodynamic farming practices. This Cabernet Franc comes from Coquelicot Vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley. It undergoes 100% whole-cluster fermentation with carbonic maceration in stainless steel before aging in neutral French oak. Only 268 cases were produced.

2022 Coquelicot Estate Malbec $34.94

Coquelicot, named after the vibrant red poppy flower found throughout the French countryside, is located in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley. The estate is certified organic through CCOF and focuses on healthy soils, vine longevity, and environmentally responsible farming. Rather than pursuing maximum yields, the winery prioritizes balance and vineyard health. This bottling is made from 100% Malbec grown on the organically farmed estate vineyard. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in steel before being aged 16 months in used oak.

2021 Railsback Frères Roman Ceremony $29.94

Railsback Frères was founded in 2015 by brothers Lyle and Eric Railsback. Lyle spent more than a decade working for renowned importer Kermit Lynch, while Eric founded the Santa Barbara winery Lieu Dit and owns Verve Wine in New York, Chicago, and San Francisco. In 2018, the brothers partnered with Presqu'ile Winery to create a Cabernet Sauvignon exclusively for a Michelin-starred restaurant in New York City. The wine was so well received that they expanded production for a broader audience. Roman Ceremony is sourced from two organically farmed vineyards in Santa Barbara County and is aged in neutral oak to preserve freshness, balance, and site character.
