Everything in the universe is moving and the change is constant. We people tend to get stuck in one place, one beliefe, one pattern and cant get out. Something is standing in our way to move forward, to let go, to expand, to surrender to change. Connecting with our body and breath and starting to move we get in touch with whatever is in our way – boredom, inertia, tightness, shakiness, resistance etc. – and we give it breath, motion, shape, we give it a right to exist and than we are free. Free from trying to hard, from hiding, from running away, from staying stuck, from suffering. Free to surrender to change. There is no way out but trough, and if we dont start where we are, we wont get anywhere… Let us experience the power of motion and dive into the landscape of the body and its wisdom navigating trough the map of 5hythms and meeting whathever is there so we can become who we trully are – fully alive human beeings.
My name is Franka.
I fell in love with the 5Rhythms practice back in 2017, and since then I have been attending workshops and classes, exploring this map that still inspires me in exploring and discovering new layers of my being and deepening my connection with my own body, heart and soul. For me, this practice has been many things – a refuge, a place of welcome and acceptance, a safe space for my free expression, crazyness, creativity, feelings, pleasure and connection to myself,
others and something even bigger – the dance itself. I am teaching this practice with the intention of holding space for embodiment and its many gifts. Besides dance, I also completed a two-year education in expressive art therapy and am currently
student of the fifth and final year of therapeutic training for body-oriented psychotherapy. I am curious and enjoy digging; into myself to see how deep does the rabbit hole go :D. I love spending time with my friends, who are a remedy for my heart, and my dog named Mala, who is her own embodied presence, my teacher, friend, and a life companion.
