Book now for our fun day of swing dancing with classes and party, in Todmorden.
The first three hours of workshops are free entry for Todmorden residents, or pay as you feel. If you're feeling confident after the first hour, feel free to stay and try the next part(s).
1-2pm
Beginner Lindy Hop class with Rebecca & Kevin
2-3pm
Improver Lindy Hop FUNdamentals with Rebecca & Kevin
3-4pm
Lindy Hop Improvers - Style it Out with Molly & John
4-6pm
Improver+ Lindy Workshop with Molly & John (£15 or £25 with party).
7pm Taster Class: Shim Sham (included in party price)
8pm Party with live music from Alligator Gumbo
We express our gratitude for support from Calderdale Council’s Ward Forum Grant to be able to offer free classes for Todmorden residents.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
All attendees are expected to comply with the S.T.E.P.S. code of conduct. Calder Valley Swing operates a zero tolerance policy towards any discriminatory behaviour, or any behaviour that may make others feel uncomfortable. All rights of admission reserved by the organisers.
UNDER 18s
Children will not be allowed entry to the evening event, without the express prior written permission from Calder Valley Swing. Under 18s must be supervised by an adult at all times during the afternoon, and for safeguarding reasons, they must only dance with the people in their group.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be offered in the unlikely case that the event is cancelled. We reserve the right to deduct any out-of-pocket expenses prior to refunding. You are very welcome to sell your ticket for face value, and ask the purchaser to give your name on the door. Please watch out for scams though!
