We’ve got an important update about our reunion plans. Unfortunately, due to lower interest than we had hoped, we won’t be able to move forward with the Bearsquerade Ball at The Hilton. We truly appreciate everyone who showed enthusiasm and support and we think you’ll love what we have in store.Here’s the GREAT news: We have secured The Flying Fox downtown for a more laid-back Saturday Night Social!
✨ Here’s how it works:
-Tickets are $25 per person.
-Your ticket includes beer & wine open bar (until the tab runs out) and a reunion t-shirt.
-If you already purchased a ticket to the Bearsquerade Ball, the food truck party, or bought your t-shirt, your ticket will roll over and include additional perks throughout the weekend, such as free food at the food truck party and social. I will be reaching out individually to explain exactly what your purchase entails once I have that set in stone. Refunds are available to those who would rather that.
-Not drinking? No ticket required! You’re still welcome to come celebrate.
-We’ll have a live band bringing the music.
-A food truck will be on site!
We’re so excited to still have a space where we can celebrate our 15-year milestone with good music, free drinks, and great company!
