Saturday Night Dinner 8

Join us this coming February for our 8th Saturday night dinner, hosted in the stunning setting of the 17th century Fulwood Old Chapel.

We'll be transforming the Chapel in to a beautiful 20 seat dining room, where you will enjoy the dishes created by our talented team of chefs. As well as the opportunity to bring your own booze, we stock a range of alcohol free and soft drinks to enjoy with your dinner.

Course 1

Today’s fresh bread with roast garlic and parsley butter

Course 2

Seared scallop, steamed crab, langoustine and ginger dumpling, greens, coconut, lemon grass and chilli broth

Shitake mushroom and Tofu dumpling, greens, coconut, lemon grass and chilli broth

Course 3

Braised Wortley Wagyu brisket, refried beans, pico de gallo, roast pepper emulsion taco

Hoi sin glazed aubergine, refried beans, pico de gallo, roast pepper emulsion taco

Roast duck breast, roast beetroot, carrot puree, potato rosti, port jus

Chicory and shallot tart tatin, roast beetroot, carrot puree, potato rosti, chive oil

Lincolnshire poacher, home made chutney, crackers
