Canadian pianist Bruce Vogt's multifaceted career has led him down an unusual path: improvising accompaniments for the great films of the silent era. He brings sound to many silent film masterpieces – by Chaplin, Keaton, Lloyd, Laurel and Hardy and others. In movie theatres across Europe, Asia and North America, he has provided audiences a greater intimacy with these films, transforming the silence of the medium into another sphere.
