This is a great beginner level class for people starting (or restarting) their fitness adventure. At class, you can expect a warm up, a few rounds of a variety of station based activities, and a cooldown along with tons of fun and support.
The class has been going strong for 5 years now and has attracted a dedicated core of ladies (and occasionally gentlemen) that have reached a stage in life where fitness is about having fun and staying able to do the things they love. If this sounds like you, you're in the right place!
All life stages and fitness abilities are welcome and exercise modifications will be demonstrated to meet you where you are at.
Join Fit & Grit’s certified personal trainer, Matt, Saturday mornings at 8:30am for a 45 minute fitness class.
Get ready to feel great and have fun! Just $10 per class! Cash payment accepted on site.
Workout is located at the beautiful Country Club Estates Park, Mankato (near the pavilion, bathroom, playground, parking lot).
Make sure to bring a bottle of water!
