Saturday Morning Sound Bath: A Mindful and Meditative Healing Space

Join us for a rejuvenating and peaceful experience at Sound Bath on Saturday! This in-person event occurs at Painting with a Twist in downtown Lawrenceville, where you will be immersed in a morning of healing and relaxation.

You will be guided through a soothing meditation and mindfulness session. The enchanting sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Zaphier chimes, and other instruments will wash over you, creating a tranquil atmosphere that promotes deep relaxation and inner peace.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator, Sound Bath Saturday offers a unique opportunity that supports reducing anxiety, release stress, and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit.

INSTRUCTIONS: For the sound bath, wear loose and comfortable clothes. The sound bath begins promptly at 8:45 a.m. Please enter the studio, remove your shoes, and turn off your phones. The class is sound-sensitive; late participants will NOT be admitted.

WHAT TO BRING: Bring water, a yoga mat (and/or blanket), and a small pillow (for added comfort).

THE FACILITATOR: Tanya is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner and a Sound and vibrational Therapy Practitioner who works as a Wellness and Lifestyle Coach, MA, WLM. She facilitates private and group sound healing sessions (including corporate and bridal events) and is dedicated to promoting wellness by harmonizing daily life.
