Qigong is a 5000-year-old martial art, a simple moving meditation that helps shift your body, mind, and spirit to feel more at ease. Qigong lets you merge more with the nature around you and is excellent for calming anxiety, overload, inflammation, and pain. Qigong also boosts vitality and joy and actually energizes you as you slow down.
No experience or equipment is needed. This is a beginner drop-in class. We meet for one hour near the swings off of 13th ave.
$10.00 donation suggested. Bring water for yourself.
The class is one hour. Feel free to message me directly if you have any questions.
On the first Saturday of every month, at 10:00 AM, we host a tea party directly after class to ask questions about qigong or meditation.
