Start your weekend slow, sacred, and centered. Join us every Saturday promptly at 9:30AM for our Mindful Walking Group at the beautiful Philippe Park in Safety Harbor.We meet near the first parking lot on the right, under the shelter just past the park entrance.
This guided group walk blends gentle movement with simple mindfulness practices, helping you release stress, ground into the present moment, and reconnect with yourself and nature.
