Saturday Mommy & Me Yoga Classes – All Levels – Bed-Stuy/Bushwick

Welcome to our Saturday Mommy & Me Yoga Classes in Bed-Stuy/Bushwick!

Whether you're a parent, caregiver, or guardian, and regardless of your experience level, join us for a fun, relaxing yoga session that you can enjoy with your child. Our classes are designed for all levels, so don’t worry if you're new to yoga. Children of all ages are welcome to attend, not just the little ones, and the class is open to the public, so you don’t need to be a parent to participate!

This is a wonderful opportunity to bond with your child while improving flexibility, strength, and relaxation for both of you. Our sessions take place at The Brooklyn Academy of Global Finance, Saturdays at 9 AM. Come start your weekend with some self-care and quality time with your child, and connect with other members of the community through the practice of yoga.
