This is not your typical mixer — it’s a space to flow, restore, and connect with other singles in a calm, welcoming environment. We’ll begin with a gentle Pilates-inspired flow to open the body and ease stress, followed by guided restore stretches to relax the nervous system. There’s no experience required! Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, this event focuses on gentle flow, calming restore work, and engaging conversation. Explore movement together and unwind during social time with light refreshments — all in a studio that celebrates whole-body connection and community.
