Ladies 14 and up! Lots of travel and trips over summer! Come learn situational awareness, verbal skills, self-defense techniques, and travel tips to help get you better prepared for your trips to help you stay safe. Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle.
Cost is $10 a person. Scholarships available for financial hardships so do not let the cost keep you from coming!
Minors will need a parent to complete waiver.
