I’m a rebel and a seeker from the hippie generation. A multifaceted artist /textile, paper, installation, fine art clothing, theatrical costumes/, storyteller, Reiki master.
In 2016, at a ripe old age, I discovered 5Rhythms. This dynamic movement meditation instantly captivated me, and I began looking for all possible and impossible ways to bring this newfound wonder to the country where I live. 5Rhythms is for me a relaxation, a meditation and a journey. This journey connects my stories that make sense.
I became an accredited 5Rhythms spaceholder in 2018. From this time I offer 5Rhythms classes, so people have a chance to try and taste how the 5Rhythms path is walked. In 2024 I have finished 5Rhythms teacher training. I love to offer this practice, where you can find freedom of movement, release and also… something extra. Gabrielle Roth, founder of 5Rhythms, says that everyone will find as much here as they sink deeply into 5Rhythms. So, come, I invite you to try this adventure. We will dance through our pains and joys, hopes and desires together. In a dance where nothing is right or wrong. In a dance where we are just us, learning to listen to the wisdom of our bodies.
