THE WORLD IN MY FEET - Saturday Extended Wave mit Nirvana Sofia Zamarian
Across these waves, Nirvana will take us on an exploration of how much is already alive and available for us- making no distinction between feet and earth, feet and vastness, feet and possibility, feet and belonging.
We will open to the world that unfolds when we trust and honour our feet and the choices they make.
Supported by the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness, we will explore in each one the wonder of becoming our own compass — the very means that carries us, and the destination we arrive in.
Everybody is welcome.
About Nirvana:
Nirvana believes in the effortless way — that place where one can simply be, and feel at ease. From her very first dance, 5Rhythms opened a space of deep bliss and relaxation, and this remains the essence of what she offers. Welcoming everything into the dance and staying curious while meeting each moment with wonder are the foundations of her path and her teaching. Originally from Argentina, after years of traveling, dancing, and training in different disciplines across various countries, she found her home in Turin, Italy. She is an accredited 5Rhythms Teacher, a facilitator of Active Meditations, and a teacher of Meditative Art.
