About this Event
The world we live in is increasingly fast-paced, demanding, and full of stressors. We’re constantly on the go - balancing careers, relationships, and personal growth - often at the expense of our mental and emotional well-being.
Breathwork works to restore balance to the autonomic nervous system - the system responsible for controlling functions like heart rate, digestion, and stress responses - by guiding us into the space between wakefulness and sleep, where the body restores and heals. It helps shift us out of stress and into a state of recovery and balance.
Though challenging, breathwork invites profound neurological, physiological, and deeper shifts that expand how we experience life.
Just bring a yoga mat, a blanket and a bolster (cushion or similar) for your legs.
Two hours of free parking on the street outside the venue.

Breathwork is not suitable for individuals with a personal or family history of mental illness, seizure disorders, those taking psychiatric Medic*tion, or those with cardiovascular conditions, heart disease, high blood pressure (if not controlled by meds), glaucoma, recent surgeries, or pregnancy. Asthma is not a contraindication but please bring your inhaler if you do suffer from it.
