Howdy, board gamer enthusiasts, casuals, and newbies alike! We're opening up our game spaces to you for FREE on Saturdays from 1:00PM to 8:00PM! You can BYOB (Bring Your Own Board...game) or you can partake in our current Board Game Library! These weekly events are for guests ages 13 and older (with some exceptions - speak with Michael and Candace first for clarification)! For the 12 and under youth, we host a monthly FAMILY GAME NIGHT with more age-appropriate games available! Or you can still BYOB (Bring Your Own Board...game)!
We've got a fridge full of drinks for sale and a snack station! If you have any reasonable snack or drink requests, please let us know!!
IMPORTANT RULES TO ABIDE BY FOR GAME DAYS:
***NO FOOD OR DRINK WHILE GAMING!*** Unless you ASK PERMISSION FIRST!! Otherwise save your snacking and your drinking for before, after, or in between games! This helps reduce snack and beverage-related accidents that could damage the board games!
***TREAT EVERY GAME PLAYED WITH CARE!*** Unless the game you're playing very specifically calls for its own destruction, don't do things like...bend the cards, chew on meeples, etc. Be respectful to everyone's board games! That includes keeping your hands clean!!
***KEEP THE LANGUAGE CLEAN!*** Please, no cursing other players, no taunting, and no harassment. This is non-negotiable.
***KEEP THE PLAY SPACE CLEAN!*** Help put up the games when you're done with them and please keep your area clean!
***BE A GOOD SPORT!*** No, really! Team spirit and support is important if you're playing cooperative games! This also means NO CHEATING! Not unless the game specifically calls for it!
***BE KIND!*** It's crucial that we all be patient and kind with each other, especially when teaching or learning a new game!
***AND HAVE FUN!!!*** That's where the bottom line is truly at, we're here to play board games and have a good time!
