It's low tide this weekend which makes it a potentially great time to run on the beach. Come meet SCR in Cocoa Beach on Saturday morning, Sept 25 for a casual run. We'll meet near Ron Jon's in the parking lot by the showers & gazebo. This parking lot is across from the paid parking lot. Jeff Gleacher will be our meetup coordinator for the fun run.
We'll do an out & back along the water. Distance is up to you. Plan to finish around 7:00am. 4:52am is low tide.
