When Evan Goldman moves from New York City to a small town in Indiana, he has one major goal: make enough friends to have the best Bar Mitzvah ever. But navigating a new school, new friendships, crushes, popularity, and the pressures of fitting in turns out to be a lot more complicated than he expected.
Filled with catchy music, big dance numbers, lots of laughs, and plenty of heart, 13 JR celebrates friendship, individuality, and all the wonderfully awkward moments that come with growing up.
