The plan is to leave from the front steps of Springfield Brewing Company, (305 S. Market Ave, 65806) at 7:01am every Saturday.
Plan to run however many miles and at the pace of your choosing. Need a long run? Or just a few short recovery miles? Plan what you need around what the group is doing, for as long as you want to run with them - and then peel off if you need to. Hopefully, it will be fun! 🙂
