About this Event
A note from Laura Williams:
Dotto was truly one of the best people I have ever known, he grew up on the shores of Lake Victoria in Tanzania and worked for many years as a CNA at SF General where he was a beloved care provider and coworker. He was the most wonderful father I ever saw with his three boys, so warm and positive and even working full time plus driving uber, gave his all with a beautiful energy and attitude to his family. He was a loving and committed partner to his wife.
The money raised will be used for general support for the family and to help them create the rental project in their yard so that they can start receiving rental income to help them live.
Even if you cannot make our dance class, please consider donating and supporting Dotto's family!
With your donation, you are invited to dance with our host, Laura Williams, in-person at "The Garage" - an outdoor, covered, parking structure located at 1 Thorndale Drive in San Rafael - for a 75 Minute Stop Drop And Dance class!
- Dress in Tanzania Flag colors - blue, green, black and/or yellow!
- Wear comfortable shoes, bring water, and be prepared for a non-stop cardio workout!
- Children are welcome with a dancing parent.
- Come as early as 9:15am to save your spot in class!
- If you are joining on ZOOM, look for the Eventbrite Confirmation in your email and scroll to the bottom to find your link.
If you can't make the class on Saturday morning, no worries! We will send out the on-demand recording to everyone who donates. Thank you for your support!
