Sashiko Workshop + Mending Cafe with mai ide

Learn the beauty of Sashiko, a traditional Japanese stitching technique rooted in mending and care. In this hands-on workshop, visual artist mai ide will guide you through simple stitches to create your own beautifully patterned hand towel. No experience is needed—just curiosity and a love for handmade textiles. The setting will be cozy and intimate with time for snacks hosted inside Goodies Snack Shop. Each ticket comes with a mending kit to take home, in a custom mini Goodies basket. The length of the class is to allow for practice but partipants may leave earlier if needed.
