Welcome to the inaugural gathering for SASE Onsite – the only event created by automation software engineers for automation software engineers. Join us at Loupe HQ to connect with ASEs across industries and disciplines. This in-person event will feature substantive discussions, insightful panels and breakout sessions, a creative exercise with hands-on building, and time for meaningful connection. Hotel Arrangements

The Jupiter Hotel is our official host hotel. To book rooms, please use this booking link.

Deadline to make reservations: The last date to make reservations at the group rate is September 12, 2024. After this date, all unreserved rooms will be released and sold at prevailing best available rates.

Extending contracted dates: Please book online with the link above then call or email the sales office directly at (503) 234-7767 or [email protected]. You will need a confirmation code in order to extend your dates.

SASE Onsite Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. To accommodate our attendees, we have established the following refund and transfer policy.

100% Refund: If you cancel your registration up to 30 days before the event, you will receive a full refund of your registration fees.

50% Refund: If you cancel your registration between 29 and 15 days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund of your registration fees.

No Refunds: If you cancel your registration 14 days or less before the event, no refunds will be issued.

How to request a refund: Please send an email to [email protected] with your registration details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request.

Registration Transfers: Registration transfers to another individual are permitted. Please contact [email protected] for more information on transferring your registration.

SASE Onsite reserves the right to change to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and on our event website.
