Interested in becoming a volunteer with Sarge’s? Join us for Volunteer Orientation on July 11 from 11am-1pm and learn what it means to be part of the Sarge’s team.
During orientation, you’ll learn more about Sarge’s, explore different volunteer opportunities, and take part in a cat and dog body language session with our Behavior Coordinator so you can feel more confident interacting with shelter pets.
Our volunteers make a huge impact every single day by walking dogs, socializing cats, helping with laundry and dishes, assisting at events, distributing pet food, answering phones at the front desk, and so much more.
Whether you have a few hours a month or extra time each week, volunteering with Sarge’s is flexible and based entirely on your schedule and availability. Once orientation is completed, you can volunteer as often or as seldom as you’d like.
