Sarau Tropical #4Com a chegada do inverno e a descida das temperaturas há a necessidade de recorrer a todas alternativas possíveis para manter-se quente. Neste próximo Sarau Tropical a proposta continua a ser a mesma, a subida do termómetro para níveis altamente tropicais.
Juntamos ritmos quentes e picantes para aquecer a pista e dançar até de manhã, e garantimos mais de 7h de música com artistas de vários estilos e influências.
Desde o Semba de Angola passando pela Cumbia da América do Sul, o Afrobeat Africano , o Reggae e Soul das Caraíbas,o Funk e uma pitada de música electrónica a receita para este Sarau não podia estar mais apurada.
Chalo Correio trio
Com quase 30 anos de vivência em Portugal, Chalo Correia tem sido um dos principais divulgadores das tradições da música angolana a nível internacional.
Cantor e compositor influenciado por bandas como os Merengues e os Kiezos, Chalo experimenta nos seus trabalhos a harmónica, a puíta, e a guitarra o que resulta numa viagem sonora aos ritmos que se tocavam ao vivo em Luanda nas décadas de 60 e 70. Para este Sarau virá em formato trio
Mr. Bubble
Projecto live act entre o analógico e acústico. Mr.Bubble leva-nos a uma viagem sonora com muitos cortes e costuras . Actualmente é considerado um downtempo bem tropical com dub e tripop bem psicadélico . Dentro dessas construções agitadas as suas melodias são inspiradas em world music e jazz. Liveact que acontence com loopstation , drummachines, beatbox, spoken words e synths.

Residente em lisboa, é um dos pioneiros das primeiras noites da cumbia e da
música latino-americana na capital portuguesa, dando vida ao "Movimiento
Cumbiero" e unificando as pessoas latino-americanas residentes na cidade desde
2013.
Os dj sets contam com um partilha energética sonora profunda e alegre com a
intervenção de visuais e alguns instrumentos pré-hispânicos mexicanos.

Partilhar música foi sempre uma das suas ferramentas de comunicação. As paixões tomam-nos sem aviso e, apesar de nunca ter pensado em ser Dj, Selecta Alice é uma das impulsionadoras e pioneira da World Music em Dj set em Portugal. Curadora do palco do Sacred Fire no Boom Festival, Selecta Alice homenageia nos seus sets a cultura da festa e da celebração da vida através da música e do ritual da dança. Os ritmos de África, América Latina, Balcãs e Índia são paragens obrigatórias nas suas viagens sonoras à volta do mundo – Worldbeat –, música do mundo em estado puro ou em fusão com a linguagem

Música é o sangue que lhe corre nas veias e a grande paixão. Através das suas viagens pelo globo coleciona vinis que partilha com amor e sempre com foco na pista de dança.
Dos vários géneros musicais privilegia os mais orgânicos, vindos dos vários cantos do mundo: Música portuguesa, música tradicional e contemporânea africana e brasileira, reggae e seus derivados, afrobeat, hip hop, aproximando-se também do mundo da música electrónica. With the arrival of winter and the drop in temperatures there is a need to resort to all possible alternatives to stay warm. In this next Sarau Tropical, the proposal remains the same, to boost the thermometer to highly tropical levels.
For that, we mixed hot and spicy rhythms to warm up the dance floor and dance until the morning, and we guarantee more than 7 hours of music with artists of various styles and influences.
From Semba of Angola to Cumbia from South America, African Afrobeat, Reggae and Soul from the Caribbean, Funk and a dash of electronic music, the recipe for this Sarau couldn't be better.
Chalo Correia
With almost 30 years of experience in Portugal, Chalo Correia has been one of the main promoters of Angolan music traditions at an nacional and international level.
Singer and composer influenced by bands such as Merengues and Kiezos, Chalo experiments with the harmonica, the puíta, and the guitar in his works, resulting in a sound journey to the rhythms that were played live in Luanda in the 60s and 70s. this Soiree will come in trio format

Living in Lisbon, he is one of the pioneers of the first nights of cumbia and Latin American music in the Portuguese capital, giving life to the "Movimiento Cumbiero" and unifying the Latin American people residing in the city since 2013.
The dj sets share a deep and happy energetic sound with the intervention of visuals and some pre-Hispanic Mexican instruments.

Sharing music has always been one of her’s communication tools. Passions take us without notice and, despite never having thought of being a Dj, Selecta Alice is one of the driving forces and pioneers of World Music in Dj set in Portugal. Curator of the Sacred Fire stage at the Boom Festival, Selecta Alice pays homage in her sets to the culture of partying and celebrating life through music and dance ritual.
