Join us for a relaxing and restorative 1-hour Sound Bath at Linskill Dance Studio.

Take time to unwind as you lay (or sit) comfortably on the floor and immerse yourself in soothing sounds and calming vibrations designed to help quiet the mind, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation and emotional wellbeing. Sound baths can support better sleep, ease anxiety, encourage mindfulness, and leave you feeling grounded and refreshed.

Please bring an eye mask, blanket, yoga mat, cushion, or anything else that will help you feel warm and comfortable during the session.

To help create a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that all mobile phones are switched off or placed on silent before the session begins.

Come along, relax, breathe deeply, and allow yourself time to rest and restore.
