Bringing the rich, resonant tones of the Viola da Gamba, Sarah Small has recently completed an extraordinary cycling tour of over 4500km across the UK, committed to a sustainable, low-impact journey in harmony with the environment. Her performance, Good Again?, weaves together exquisite baroque melodies and contemporary influences, creating a deeply moving experience.
On tour, Sarah has performed in an eclectic range of venues in places such as Shetland, the Outer Hebrides, Lindisfarne and all across mainland UK before taking a sailboat to France to share her music with rural audiences throughout the country, captivating audiences with her rare instrument and heartfelt playing. This is a rare opportunity to witness an artist who not only masters her craft but also embodies a mission of sustainability and artistry.
Here's Sarah performing live with a harpsichordist:

Works performed on the tour include:
T. Hume (1579-1645): Hark, Hark
M. Marais (1656-1728): Muzettes I-II
A. Forqueray (1672-1745): La Girouette
C.F. Abel (1723-1787): Arpeggiata and Vivace in D minor
