Two of Minneapolis’ most compelling songwriters share the stage for an evening rooted in craft, connection, and storytelling.Sarah Morris brings her crystalline voice and award-winning Americana songwriting, pairing technical precision with emotional depth that lingers. Here, her stories have been honed from conservatory training to national stages. Molly Dean joins the evening with a genre-blending approach that mixes folk, indie, and singer-songwriter influences. Additionally, Molly will share songs from her latest release Interwoven. Together, the evening offers engaging, intimate performances – a night of thoughtful, well-crafted music and storytelling.
Molly Dean is a Minneapolis-based vocalist and multi-instrumentalist known for her versatile, genre-blending sound. Her music draws from folk, indie, and singer-songwriter traditions, with a focus on clear melodies, thoughtful lyrics, and strong musicianship.
Her latest release, Interwoven, explores themes of connection, personal growth, and shared experience. The album reflects years of performing in a wide range of settings, both in the U.S. and internationally. There, she appears at folk festivals and theaters to collaborative projects and solo shows.
