Sarah Bethany

Sarah Bethany is a singer, songwriter, and music artist, who stands for love, light, and truth, and whose passion and mission in life, is to express this dream into reality through music. Her deepest prayer is that this music can bring healing and comfort to the hearts of humanity.

She began her music studies as a young child, taking piano lessons and singing in the school chorus, and later went on to pursue a degree in music from the UMKC Conservatory of Music, where she studied classical piano and music composition. After many years of searching her soul, she found her way to the Big Island of Hawai'i, in 2008, and discovered her love of songwriting. She has been an active member of the Hawai'i Songwriting Festival community for over 10 years and through this experience, has been able to perform with artists such as Kenny Loggins, John Cruz, Pam Sheyne, who wrote Genie in a Bottle for Christina Aguilera, and many others. Earlier this year, her recent song release, "Speak Easy", landed a spot on a Sunday night, prime time ABC TV show, called "The Company You Keep". November 11th's concert at the Pyramid House will feature some of the Big Island's most beloved musicians; Drew Daniels, Michael Surprenant, and Pat Eskildsen. Sarah Bethany and Drew Daniels have been writing songs together for a few years now and are excited to share them with you, as well as a couple of Drew's original songs. Michael Surprenant is Sarah's husband and producer, who also happens to be a fantastic drummer. Pat Eskildsen adds incredible beauty and richness to the music with his guitar and bass.

Doors open at 5:30. The party begins at 6:00 pm with pupus, wine, and Kristin Aria on her angelic harp. Sarah B follows at 7:00. Seating is limited.
