Sarah and her boyfriend, Tim, were riding his motorcycle when they were hit by a car. They were rushed to the hospital where they both suffered broken femurs. Sarah has multiple other shattered bones, a ruptured spleen, a lacerated liver, and internal bruising.
Doctors said her recovery will be long. Sarah is self-employed as a hair stylist and not allowed to bear any weight on her leg. Anyone who knows Sarah, knows she is worried about getting back to work.
Tim has a long recovery ahead of him as well.
