Sara McMann . Olympic Wrestling Medalist , UFC fighter and Jiu-Jitsu Black belt will be teaching a Wrestling to Jiu-Jitsu Seminar at SAGA Combat on Saturday October 11th from 1 to 4 . Doors open at 12 . Please come early if you haven’t pre registered This is a no gi event open to the public and all styles . We welcome anyone that wants to learn .
