Come join Sara and Robert as they reunite on stage for the first time in over 7 years to bring you an evening of voice and piano encompassing all of their favorite collaborations from opera to jazz and the stage to the big screen. Opera favorites? You bet! Musical theater classics? Of course! Magical tickling of the ivories? You know it! Utter nerdery? Oh myyyy yes! You won't want to miss this evening of collaborations over a decade in the making!
Sara Gottman:
After a long hiatus due to a global pandemic and spending the last few years in a daily grind of full-time work and evening law school, Sara is thrilled to be back onstage here in St. Louis! Formerly, Sara could be seen and heard throughout the Midwest and beyond as a professional opera singer and stage actor, doing both traditional and experimental works, as well as doing cabaret performances locally and short sketch work and voice acting for virtual productions. Sara is ready to bring her unique style of entertainment, described as everything from ethereal to irreverent, back to the stage, and she is so excited to be doing so at one of the best venues in St. Louis!
Robert Valentine:
After a break in performing, Robert is excited to be at the piano again. Before starting his life as a nurse, Robert was a regular rehearsal pianist and vocal coach. He is currently so out of touch he is using his headshot from 10 years ago.
