About this Event

Sapphic Circles are an in-person gathering for sapphics (women, femmes, trans and non-binary inclusive) in Denver who want to build real community while exploring what it means to be human. We come together to share our lived experiences — the tender parts, the complicated parts, the parts that are hard to put into words until you find yourself in a room full of people who just get it.

Each gathering is held in a spirit of openness and care. There's no agenda beyond connection. You don't need to have it all figured out to belong here. You are welcome to show up just as you are.

Whether you're deeply rooted in your identity or still finding your way, you're welcome in this space. We meet every other Wednesday at Vibe Gym and Wellness Collective in Denver, and would love to have you in every circle — or whenever it works for you.

The Sapphic Circle, a Safe Queer Space in Denver

Sapphic Circles are a facilitated drop-in space — not therapy, not a support group, not a class, and not a lecture. Think of it as a room built for presence rather than performance. Each 90-minute gathering follows a gentle, repeatable rhythm designed to help you arrive, settle, and actually be seen:

We open with a card pull and somatic grounding, a small ritual that gives the room a shared entry point without requiring anyone to perform readiness. From there, we move into an opening round where everyone who wants to share a bit about who you are, and whatever feels most alive, heavy, or worth naming in that moment. A candle lighting invocation follows, welcoming queer and sapphic ancestors into the space and reminding us that we're never circling alone. The heart of the gathering is open, depth-oriented conversation — themes rotate and might touch on identity, desire, grief, chosen family, creativity, or whatever the collective needs that week. We close with a single-sentence prompt, a way of naming what you're carrying out the door with you.

This structure is intentional. It's loose enough to hold whatever you bring and sturdy enough that you never have to wonder what happens next. Facilitation is ours to hold — your only job is to show up as you are.

The number of spots in the Circle is intentionally limited to twelve. A lovingly held container to protect your depth and queer magic.
