Santa's Grotto at The Paisley Centre

Visit Santa at his Grotto each Friday and Saturday in December (11am to 3pm).

All visits are free - and bookings are only needed for the 23rd & 24th December, we do expect these dates to be very popular, so please cancel your ticket if you can no longer attend to enable someone else to book.

Guidance for booking please read before booking

1. Each ticket gives entries to a group of up to 3 children- there must be at least one adult per group.

2. If your group is larger please book 2 tickets to ensure we have enough time to speak with all the children in your group, there is a maximum of 2 tickets per adult available.

3. When you book it will be for a time window, please be aware it is likely you will need to queue, but hopefully not for too long.

4. Please don't arrive more than 10 minutes before your time window so we can accommodate the queue around our other tenants, if you arrive early you will be asked to come back closer to your booked time.

5. if you can't make it please cancel your ticket to allow someone else to book - there will be a waiting list of people who want to attend.

6. There is no need to print the ticket you can show your booking on your phone.

Christmas Grotto - Terms & Conditions

By requesting a Grotto booking, you have agreed to accept the following terms and conditions:

• Tickets are available from 11am on Wednesday 14th December via Eventbrite only.
• Grotto reservations are open to all UK citizens. All children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Tickets are allocated a specific time slot. Missed time slots cannot be rescheduled due to time constraints.
• Tickets are limited to 2 per adult unless exceptional circumstances apply - please email [email protected] if you have a query. Additional bookings to the same email address will be cancelled.
• Tickets have no value and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Tickets must be produced on a mobile for entry to the Grotto. Late arrivals may be refused entry.
• A valid email address must be provided. This will be destroyed after appointment and is only there in case of the need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
• There is no charge involved but any donations to CHAS are gratefully accepted.
• Parents should remain with children at all times.
• Photography is permitted and encouraged to make a nice memory.
• We reserve the right at any time to change details and timings.
