Santa Skivvies Run is San Francisco AIDS Foundation’s iconic holiday fun run through the Castro—where participants strip down to their skivvies (or best festive gear) to raise funds for HIV prevention, care, and harm reduction services.
By registering, fundraising, or donating, you help provide free HIV and STI testing, access to PrEP and PEP, overdose prevention and syringe access, and community programs that support people living with or at risk for HIV.
