Opening circle is just after 6:30, immediately followed by our half hour warm-up class led by Armita Azizi (bio below).
After the warm-up we will Jam til 9:30 pm to musical playlist also by Armita!

Armita Azizi is a Los Angeles based dancer, Pilates instructor, and somatic movement educator whose work blends contemporary modern dance, Contact Improvisation, and Laban Bartenieff Fundamentals. She approaches movement as a path toward freedom, healing, and creative discovery. Her teaching explores the body’s inner landscapes such as fascia, anatomy, and relational awareness. She invites movers of all backgrounds to listen to their bodies as their first teacher. She creates spaces where dance becomes a tool to learn about oneself and to connect with the outer world with intention and clarity.
